Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance or a related field.
• 2 years of experience as an investment banking analyst.
• 2 years of experience working with Excel to build complex multi-year financial models.
• 2 years of direct exposure to debt capital market transactions and understanding of capital structure optimization and cash flow waterfall mechanics.
• 2 years of experience managing and interpreting large data sets to identify long-term trends and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Long-Term Strategic Planning: Own the development and annual refresh of GFiber’s 10-year integrated financial model and translate long-term goals into multi-year projections.
• M&A & Valuation: Build and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
• Capital Markets & Financing: Assist in evaluating funding strategies and debt financing to support long-term infrastructure builds.
• Transaction Execution: Support end-to-end M&A lifecycle from screening and due diligence to deal structuring and post-close integration.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
