Job summary

Golub Capital seeks an Associate Director within Corporate Development in New York. You will build and maintain financial models, deliver analyses to senior leadership, and support strategic growth initiatives with internal partners and external advisors.

You will interact with senior executives and departments, contribute to transactions and new business lines, and develop expertise in direct lending and asset management while helping drive a Gold Standard hybrid work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of investment banking or corporate development experience.
• Strong quantitative, financial modeling and analytical skills required.
• Financial services and / or asset management experience preferred.
• Interest in corporate development and innovative solutions to business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models.
• Prepare presentations, analyses and recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate with banks, accountants, consultants and lawyers on growth initiatives.
• Support planning and implementation of new lines of businesses and key transactions.
• Become an expert on Golub Capital and the alternative investment industry.
