Job summary

Clearwave Fiber is seeking an Analyst/Associate in Corporate Development & Strategic Finance to act as the analytical engine of the finance team. You will own the operating model, drive the annual plan, reforecasts, and cash flow forecasting, and support M&A and sponsor reporting.

This is a fast-paced role with exposure to Board reporting, financing analysis, and integration tracking. The candidate should have IB experience, strong modeling skills, and the ability to work across departments in a

Qualifications

• IB experience required; non-IB candidates will not be considered.
• 2+ years in an investment banking analyst or associate program.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or related quantitative field.
• Ability to build and own a clean three-statement model from a blank page.
• Analytical judgment to challenge assumptions and provide clear recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams at pace with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate operating model and scenario layer for planning and transactions.
• Lead the annual operating plan and quarterly reforecasts with department heads.
• Produce monthly variance analysis and management narratives.
• Own cash flow forecasting including 13-week and long-range views.
• Support M&A and corporate development, including target modeling and diligence.
• Prepare Board and sponsor reporting exhibits and debt analysis.
• Partner with construction, sales, operations, and marketing on budgets and returns.
• Apply AI tooling to accelerate analysis, modeling, and reporting.
