Ziply Fiber in the United States seeks a Director, Corporate Development & Strategy to guide inorganic growth, leading M&A, investments, and partnerships at the executive level.

You will manage end-to-end deal execution, build financial models, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to inform strategic decisions.

This role reports to VP, Corporate Development & Strategy and shapes origination priorities while shaping governance and post-close integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 10–15 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic finance.
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
• Demonstrated experience influencing executive leadership and contributing to enterprise-level strategy.
• Strong leadership capability with cross-functional team leadership and complex initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence at the executive and Board level.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A, investments, and partnerships with end-to-end deal execution.
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
• Prepare materials for internal investment committee and Board approvals.
• Shape origination priorities with the VP, Corporate Development & Strategy.
• Manage negotiations, structuring, and post-close integration planning.
• Develop strategy and governance for investment decisions and governance.
