Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Corporate Development Senior Analyst in Boise. You will develop and maintain financial models, conduct competitive analysis, and support M&A and divestiture activities, including due diligence and investor relations tasks.

The role involves assisting in strategic plan development across business lines, generating market insights, and leading select projects with guidance to junior staff. Strong Excel and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Master's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years related experience, training, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains financial models to evaluate potential strategic, M&A, or divestiture opportunities.
• Assists in competitive intelligence to understand industry trends and identify performance gaps.
• Assists in development and execution of the bank's strategic plan and new business opportunities.
• Supports branch analytics framework and provides management with market insights.
• Prepares presentations and reports for senior and executive management.
• Supports investor relations activities including development of guidance and investor decks.
• Assists in due diligence activities and reporting around key initiatives.
