Job summary

You will assist with due diligence, investor relations materials, and competitive analysis to enhance financial performance.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in finance or related field, a bachelor's degree in business/finance, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Master's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years related experience, training, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains financial models to evaluate potential strategic, M&A, or divestiture opportunities.
• Assists in competitive intelligence to understand industry trends and performance gaps vs. peers.
• Supports development and execution of the bank's strategic plan and new business opportunities.
• Assists with branch analytics framework and market performance insights.
• Prepares presentations and reports for senior management and investors.
• Supports investor relations activities and due diligence as needed.
• Leads projects and guides less experienced staff.
