First Interstate Bank is seeking a Corporate Development Senior Analyst to support the bank's corporate development function, building and maintaining financial models for strategic initiatives and evaluating M&A and divestiture opportunities.

You will assist in competitive intelligence, strategic planning, investor relations support, and due diligence, delivering presentations to senior management while guiding junior staff on key projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in business/finance/accounting
Master's degree preferred
3-5 years related experience or equivalent

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains financial models for strategic, M&A, or divestiture opportunities.
Supports competitive intelligence to identify industry trends and performance gaps.
Supports development and execution of the bank's strategic plan.
Supports development of new business opportunities.
Supports branch analytics to provide market performance insights.
Prepares presentations and reports for senior management.
Supports investor relations including guidance and deck materials.
Supports due diligence activities.
Assists in reporting for key strategic initiatives.
Guides junior staff and leads projects.
Develops internal business relationships.
Conducts market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities.
