Job summary

First Interstate is seeking a Corporate Development Senior Analyst to support the bank's corporate development function. You will develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives and M&A activity, conduct competitive analysis, and support investor relations and due diligence processes.

The role involves cross‑functional collaboration, leading projects, and building strong relationships across the bank to drive growth and improve financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field required.
• Master's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains financial models to evaluate strategic, M&A, or divestiture opportunities.
• Assists in competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
• Assists in development and execution of the bank’s strategic plan and new business opportunities.
• Prepares presentations and reports for senior and executive management.
