Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains financial models to evaluate potential strategic, M&A, or divestiture opportunities.
• Assists in competitive intelligence to understand industry trends and benchmarking against peers.
• Supports development and execution of the bank's strategic plan and new business opportunities.
• Assists with due diligence activities and investor relations support.
• Prepares presentations and reports for senior and executive management.
