Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Corporate Development Senior Analyst to support the bank's corporate development function. You will develop and maintain financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, including potential M&A or divestiture opportunities, and prepare analyses for senior management.

The role requires strong Excel skills, financial acumen, and the ability to present findings to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years related experience, training, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains financial models to evaluate strategic, M&A, or divestiture opportunities.
• Assists in competitive intelligence to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Assists in development and execution of the bank's strategic plan and new business opportunities.
• Prepares presentations and reports for senior and executive management.
• Supports due diligence and investor relations activities.
• Builds relationships within the bank and leads certain projects.
