CohnReznick is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Transaction Advisory Services team in Los Angeles. You’ll support buy-side and sell-side due diligence for diverse industries, interact with clients and team members, and contribute to timely engagement deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• CPA and other relevant professional certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services or M&A.
• 2+ years of audit or transaction advisory experience across industries.
• Willing to travel to client sites as needed.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause determination skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple projects in a team setting.
• Hands-on, decisive approach to ensure deliverables meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Analyze historical financial statements and identify sustainable earnings across industries.
• Coordinate with team and management on client expectations and deadlines.
• Prepare and present engagement reports and client communications.
