Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services to support buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements in our Chicago office. You will interact with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality advisory services across diverse industries.

The role requires strong financial analysis, knowledge of GAAP, and effective communication. A CPA is preferred, with flexibility to travel as needed, and a focus on career growth within a leading professional services firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of audit and/or transaction advisory experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic buyers.
• Analyze historical financial statements and identify earnings quality across multiple industries.
• Coordinate with team and management on client expectations, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Prepare and present engagement reports and management communications.
