Qualifications

JD from ABA-accredited law school.
Five years of relevant legal experience.
Licensed or eligible to practice in the applicable state.
Ability to communicate clearly, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, and other strategic transactions.
Review and negotiate non-disclosure agreements and transaction documents.
Coordinate due diligence and work with subject matter experts.
Prepare materials on deal structure and risks for executive review.
Ensure regulatory compliance and support integration-related legal matters.
Direct and manage external law firms to meet deadlines and budget.
