Andersen seeks a Transactional Counsel to support complex acquisitions across the U.S. and international jurisdictions. You will coordinate with in-house and outside counsel, draft term sheets and agreements, and manage due diligence and closing activities.

The role requires a J.D., bar admission, and at least 3 years in corporate transactions, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize, communicate, and lead in a fast-paced team environment. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school with admission in good standing to at least one state bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of legal practice, with experience in corporate transactions (mergers & acquisitions or private equity).
• Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Team-oriented culture and collaborative mindset.
• Experience in a professional services environment or large law firm is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with internal and outside counsel on acquisitions.
• Draft and negotiate term sheets, acquisition agreements, and related documents.
• Maintain deal checklists and support due diligence.
• Analyze issues and propose practical risk-reducing solutions.
• Oversee closing coordination and post‑closing activities.
• Support integration of acquired firms into Andersen operations.
