Qualifications

• Experience with market scans, deal structuring, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence and negotiations with data center providers and energy suppliers.
• Develop financial models and manage complex site selection processes.
• Prepare materials for gates and executive briefings.
• Maintain dashboards and track progress, aging, conversions, No-Go dispositions.
• Travel 25%+ domestically and internationally to maintain partner relationships.
