Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics.
• 2+ years in Investment Banking, preferably in TMT sector coverage or M&A.
• 2+ years in Private Equity or Venture Capital.
• 2+ years in Corporate Development, Strategic Finance, Big 4 Transactional Audit Accounting or equivalent Consulting.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with finance and business leaders to develop and implement growth strategies through acquisitions and investments.
• Assist with all financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions including evaluation, negotiation, documentation and post-merger tracking.
• Evaluate, execute and monitor venture capital investments and joint ventures.
• Support due diligence on acquisitions and investments, assessing financial health of vendors.
• Create business plans, valuation models and board materials for executive presentations.
• Analyze capital allocation, structure and impact on leverage ratios, cost of debt and liquidity.
• Execute large-scale debt and loan transactions, conduct share repurchase programs and enhance process efficiency.
