Spectrum Search Group in Houston seeks an Associate – Strategic Finance & Investments to partner with senior leadership on acquisitions, capital allocation, and growth initiatives. This role combines financial modeling, investment analysis, and due diligence to drive long-term value across a national platform.

The ideal candidate will come from Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related fields, with strong modeling skills and a desire to influence strategic decisions

Qualifications

• Candidates may come from Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, Strategic Finance, Transaction Advisory, Valuation, M&A, Capital Markets, or other transaction-focused environments.
• Strong financial modeling skills for evaluating acquisitions or investments.
• Desire to move into a highly strategic role within a growing organization.

Responsabilités

• Build financial models to evaluate acquisitions, investments, growth initiatives, and strategic opportunities.
• Analyze potential transactions, capital deployment decisions, and business performance trends.
• Support M&A, due diligence, valuation, and executive-level presentations.
• Partner with leaders across finance, operations, strategy, and development to drive growth initiatives.
