Job summary

Brady Corporation seeks a Corporate Development Associate to drive acquisition evaluations and end-to-end M&A execution. You’ll build dynamic financial models, analyze targets, and partner with executives to shape strategic growth.

You will lead market research, assist with due diligence, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, HR, Product, and IT to ensure smooth deal execution and integration planning across Brady’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• 2+ years supporting merger integrations or divestitures in corporate or consulting environments.
• Experience with financial analysis, modeling, and reporting; market analysis and competitive intel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate targets and initiatives.
• Assist with identification and evaluation of opportunities for executive decision making.
• Lead or support due diligence and integration planning activities.
• Collaborate with global teams on market research and analysis for strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional deal execution with Legal, Finance, HR, Product, and IT.
