Job summary

Brady Corporation seeks a Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A to serve as a strategic finance partner across Americas, Asia, and Europe. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics with a focus on profitability and growth.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, and other functions, supporting M&A integration and ensuring SOX controls and GAAP compliance are upheld. Willingness to travel 5-10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of corporate finance or FP&A experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX controls.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and travel 5–10%.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting ownership aligned with company goals.
• Conduct performance analytics and explain variances to regional leaders.
• Partner with HR, IT, Legal, and Marketing on analytics and initiatives.
• Assist with M&A integration and post-acquisition performance tracking.
• Support month-end close and internal controls under GAAP.
