Brady Corporation, headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, seeks an analytical Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A to partner with global business units across the Americas, Asia, and Europe. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.

In this role, you will collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, and Marketing to measure profitability, evaluate product-line performance, and support M&A integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or public accounting.
• Exceptional knowledge of US GAAP and financial accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and storytelling with data; able to influence stakeholders.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and drive projects.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% for global initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Strategic Analysis: own elements of the annual budget process and align targets with leadership goals.
• Performance Analytics: analyze variances vs budget and prior periods; communicate insights to regional teams.
• Business Partnering: advise HR, IT, Legal, Marketing on analytics of sales, payroll, and spend.
• M&A Integration: assist with financial/operational integration of acquisitions.
• Month-End Close & Controls: support global month-end close and SOX compliance; ensure GAAP adherence.
• Payroll support: partner with HR on payroll accruals and bonus calculations.
