Job summary

Brady Corporation is seeking a highly analytical Corporate Development Associate to join our growth engine. You will report to the Director of Corporate Development and work with our executive leadership on evaluating strategic acquisitions and supporting end-to-end M&A execution.

This high-visibility role relies on financial models, market research, and due diligence to influence Brady’s long-term roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• 2+ years in merger integrations or divestitures.
• Experience with financial analysis, modeling, and reporting; market analysis and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate target companies.
• Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities with idea generation and screening.
• Model revenue and profitability of mergers over multi-year periods.
• Collaborate with global teams on market research and analysis for initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day due diligence with cross-functional teams and external advisors.
• Research industry trends and maintain the active M&A pipeline.
• Coordinate with business leaders to ensure strategic fit and integration planning.
