Job summary

Apple is seeking an associate for its Corporate Development team to lead and support acquisitions, investments, and strategic analyses for senior leadership. The role requires coordinating with senior finance, engineering, operations, and legal teams to execute complex deals and investments.

The candidate must have strong analytical, communication, and modeling skills, with the ability to present to executives and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, VC or management consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Ability to lead and drive complex projects and analyses.
• Excellent presentation to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate acquisition opportunities and lead cross-functional M&A deal teams including senior engineering, operations, finance, marketing and legal.
• Manage all aspects of M&A execution including negotiation, diligence and integration planning.
• Research industries, companies, technology segments and business models; evaluate complex options and present findings to Apple leadership.
• Analyze potential strategic investments and support existing investments.
• Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
• Be onsite; this role is in‑person with up to 10% travel (domestic and international).
