Brady Corporation, a global industrial technology leader headquartered in Milwaukee, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – External Reporting. You will support SEC filings, GAAP compliance, and the consolidation close, partnering with global finance teams to ensure accurate disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience within public accounting or corporate financial accounting and reporting.
• Impeccable attention to detail and solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, drafting, and filing of Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K and other filings with the SEC.
• Support preparation of footnotes and disclosures for quarterly earnings releases and annual reports, including XBRL tagging.
• Coordinate draft reviews with legal, senior leadership, and external auditors.
• Support monthly and quarterly close, consolidation, and cash flow statements.
• Manage lease and equity accounting and reconciliation for total company equity-based compensation.
• Assist with M&A integration from a financial reporting perspective.
• Monitor GAAP standards and SEC guidance to ensure compliant disclosures.
