Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Account Manager for LTL with a track record of managing strategic, high-value transportation accounts. You will lead executive conversations, shape growth strategies, and partner with operations to ensure top-tier service and profitability.

You will analyze spend, network activity, and market trends to identify opportunities, drive retention, and expand share of wallet across complex customer portfolios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transportation, logistics, account management, or related customer-facing roles with strategic accounts.
• Deep understanding of transportation, freight operations, networks and pricing strategies.
• Experience leading executive-level discussions and developing strategic growth plans.
• Strong business acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft O365.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic transportation customers as trusted advisor to executive and operational stakeholders.
• Identify and close new shipping opportunities within accounts and target markets.
• Develop and execute strategic account growth plans aligned with customer supply chain initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure service performance and resolve complex challenges.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to drive value and growth.
• Prepare and lead QBRs and executive business reviews with customer leadership.
