Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead forecasting and budgeting for Company-operated Shacks. You will partner with Marketing, Culinary, and Operations to deliver data-driven insights and proactive financial planning.

The role includes loyalty program analytics, executive reporting, and quarterly earnings support. The ideal candidate has strong FP&A experience, enterprise forecasting skills, and a background in hospitality or retail finance, with

Qualifications

• FP&A experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Experience owning or building enterprise-level sales/demand forecasting models.
• Marketing/promo analytics experience (offer economics, LTO analysis) preferred.
• Loyalty or CRM program analytics experience a plus.
• Restaurant/retail/hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Public company experience, including exposure to Board materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide sales budgeting and forecasting for Company-operated Shacks, partnering with key stakeholders.
• Lead pre- and post-launch financial analysis of promotional initiatives and menu innovations.
• Act as FP&A partner for loyalty platform, tracking KPI performance and informing decisions.
• Support executive reporting, Board materials, and quarterly earnings cadence.
• Provide ad hoc analytical support to other business areas as needed.
