Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Loyalty to support the evolution of our loyalty program and help identify opportunities to increase guest engagement, retention, frequency, and long-term value.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Loyalty & Incentives, the role will support the strategy, execution, and optimization of key loyalty and incentive initiatives, including rewards, gamification, and other engagement mechanics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in loyalty, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, promotions, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of loyalty programs, customer incentives, rewards strategy, promotional mechanics, and customer retention.
• Experience translating insights into execution plans, measurement, and optimization.
• Experience with Snowflake, Amplitude, or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the loyalty calendar and roadmap aligned with marketing priorities and guest needs.
• Develop and execute testing plans with hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement frameworks for rewards and incentives.
• Leverage analytics tools to assess loyalty performance, transactional behavior, engagement, guest frequency, and retention; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with CRM, In-Restaurant Merchandising, Incentives, Analytics, Product, Operations and external agency partners to deliver integrated loyalty experiences.
• Monitor program performance and industry trends to identify opportunities to improve the Burger King loyalty experience.
