Job summary

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Loyalty for Burger King to help evolve our loyalty program, drive guest engagement, and boost retention and lifetime value through data-driven insights.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Loyalty & Incentives, you will support strategy, testing plans, and optimization of rewards, gamification, and participation triggers, collaborating with CRM, Analytics, Product, and agencies to deliver integrated experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years in loyalty, lifecycle marketing or related areas.
• Experience turning insights into action with analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain loyalty calendar and roadmap, aligning rewards, incentives, gamification, and initiatives with marketing priorities and guest needs.
• Support the development and execution of testing plans with hypotheses and metrics to measure reward constructs and engagement.
• Leverage Snowflake, Amplitude, and analytics tools to assess loyalty performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with CRM, In-Restaurant Merchandising, Incentives, Analytics, Product, Operations, and external agency partners to deliver integrated loyalty experiences.
• Monitor program performance and industry trends to identify opportunities to improve the Burger King loyalty experience.
