You will be the single point of contact for customers, coordinating with internal teams to balance capacity and optimize service levels. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in business development or transportation operations, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to manage high volumes of email and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, sales or transportation operations.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency and ability to analyze data.
• Ability to handle high volumes of inbound/outbound email and manage capacity.
• Extremely organized with strong communication across teams.
• Deadline driven with quickly changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for assigned customer base and build relationships.
• Balance capacity and freight with internal departments and analysts.
• Solicit additional freight opportunities and reduce empty miles.
• Research service issues and track shipments with on-time performance.
• Oversee internal activities impacting service obligations and KPI tracking.
• Manage bookings and resolve delays, billing, and delivery issues.
