Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to handle high email volumes.
• Organized with ability to manage deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for assigned customer base and build relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to balance capacity and freight.
• Solicit additional freight opportunities and reduce empty miles.
• Track shipments and maintain on-time performance 95%+.
• Review EDI data for accuracy before verifications to customers.
• Oversee internal activities impacting service obligations and KPIs.
• Manage bookings and resolve delays, billing, etc.
