Job summary

JAS Forwarding (USA), Inc. in Riverside, CA seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, staff, safety and security, and ensure timely and accurate distribution of inbound and outbound freight.

You will manage inventory, billing accuracy, cross-department communications, staff coaching, and compliance with safety, TSA/ISO procedures, while supporting revenue growth and cost control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in distribution, freight forwarding, operations, or warehouse management.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials training (preferred).
• Experience with TSA regulations and import/export compliance.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management for client accounts and pick/pack operations.
• Ensure facility security, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and billing accuracy.
• Lead staff coaching, performance evaluations, and cross-training.
• Coordinate with other departments and drive operational efficiency.
