Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in a 3PL warehouse environment.
• Experience supervising shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and distribution operations.
• Experience communicating with customers and using labor management reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and staff for assigned clients.
• Ensure operational and financial performance of client accounts.
• Oversee end-to-end activities across receiving, inventory, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and quality control.
• Lead daily team huddles, delegate tasks, and manage staff scheduling with labor forecasts.
• Monitor performance metrics and liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve issues.
