The role leads teams, collaborates with management and customers, manages payroll, and analyzes financials to optimize profitability. Strong leadership, communication, and safety knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Three or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Two or more years of managing and leading direct reports.
• Advanced knowledge of Transportation and/or Warehouse Logistics operations.
• Advanced knowledge of safety and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage salaried and hourly staff, resolve performance issues, ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs and expectations.
• Be responsible for payroll of employees.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L and report profitability to senior management.
• Manage accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Lead Safety & Security meetings and provide safety training.
