Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
- 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
- 1+ year of direct supervisory/leadership experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required, advanced level preferred.
- Logistics industry knowledge is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of customer/company local and federal regulations is required.
- Fundamental knowledge of supply chain components is expected.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
Responsibilities
- Customer service satisfaction and expectation management.
- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling.
- Health and Safety Management.
- State/Local/Federal regulations compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
