Qualifications

• Progressive experience in operational/plant management, ideally in logistics or automotive.
• Ability to read and interpret complex documents and present to management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations to maximize scheduling and delivery.
• Interface with customer to coordinate scheduling and staffing needs.
• Implement contingency plans and troubleshoot system problems.
• Review performance against targets and take corrective actions.
• Provide leadership to Warehouse Managers and teams.
