Job summary

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to drive business plans and area goals
• Forecast staffing, workload, and performance to meet business demands
• Manage financials by monitoring expenses vs budget and analyzing reports
• Ensure facility-wide compliance with logistics, quality and safety standards and document procedures
• Investigate and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders; coach, train and promote talent
• Partner with communities and support corporate social responsibility programs
