Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents; write clear documents; present to top management and customer.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills; ability to handle multiple variables.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of a logistics operation to maximize scheduling and delivery to the customer.
• Interface with customer to ensure smooth coordination of scheduling and maximize schedule adherence.
• Enact contingency plans; troubleshoot system problems; participate in post-mortem analysis for improvements.
• Review performance against targets and take corrective measures as needed.
• Provide effective leadership to Warehouse Managers and teams; enforce company standards.
