Job summary

Murphy Logistics Solutions in Minnesota is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the development, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across all entities. You will help maintain a consistent brand presence while supporting business development, customer communications, internal communications, digital marketing, events, and promotional activities.

Strong organization and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, administrative, business development, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and genuine follow-through; you close loops without being reminded.
Comfort with numbers and process: invoices, budgets, order tracking.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop clear, professional content for a variety of audiences.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities

Coordinate development, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across all Murphy entities.
Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence while supporting business development, customer communications, internal communications, digital marketing, events, and promotional activities.
Identify marketing needs in collaboration with leaders and teams, develop content and materials, and coordinate projects.
Ensure marketing activities accurately represent the Company and its services and manage multiple priorities across different business entities.
