Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join our Minnesota-based Supply Chain team. You will coordinate daily warehouse shipping, deliveries, and order confirmations, and keep customer portals up to date.

The role requires 1–2 years of logistics experience, strong MS Office skills, and ERP familiarity. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Salary ranges from $52,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• ERP systems experience and familiarity with key shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, COAs).
• 1–2 years of logistics experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shipping & Logistics: Prepare warehouse orders, set up trucking and deliveries, manage UPS shipments, and create shipping labels.
• Customer & Documentation Support: Update customer delivery portals, email COAs upon request, and handle sample shipping.
• ERP & Financial Coordination: Confirm shipments in ERP, receive inventory, forward shipping paperwork to Finance.
