The Marketing Coordinator provides essential administrative, creative, and operational support to the marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks.
General Marketing and Operational Support
- Manage marketing administration tasks, including internal order fulfillment, employee onboarding, and documentation.
- Manage compliance workflow processes to ensure marketing materials are approved for appropriate audiences.
- Assist with maintaining organized marketing asset libraries and approved material repositories.
- Support centralized marketing calendar coordination, working cross functionally to track deadlines and deliverables.
- Support event email campaigns, including outreach and attendee followups.
- Maintain the Events section of the company website.
- Provide social media support, including drafting posts, scheduling content, and assisting with asset coordination.
Event Logistics and Execution
- Support management of 100 or more events, including supply orders, vendor and freight logistics.
- Assist with shipping coordination, including label creation, shipment tracking, monitoring returns, and resolving basic shipping issues.
- Assist with inventory tracking of event materials, promotional items, and booth assets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of previous experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to work independently while remaining aligned with broader team goals.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Adaptable and able to reassess priorities based on evolving business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Platform.
- Basic experience with design tools (Canva or similar) is a plus but not required.
