Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and strategic support to the General Branch Manager, supplementing planning, analysis, and decision support.
• Manage and evaluate the branch's supplier and vendor base, developing performance metrics for cost, quality, and compliance.
• Prepare supplier benchmarking and cost/service comparisons to support negotiations and vendor selection.
• Monitor vendor performance and contract compliance, flag deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct cost-versus-revenue analyses per operation to identify margin drivers and profitability.
