Qualifications

• Six to eight years related experience in operations/stevedoring/vessel cargo operations or terminal operations.
• Six years supervisory experience in business, transportation, logistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Formulation of tactical sales & marketing strategies to support growth.
• Identify and penetrate into new market segments or customer bases.
• Negotiate rates and contracts, quotations for tenders and proposals.
• Develop and implement service initiatives to support growth and customer satisfaction.
• Manage planning, ensure daily operations meet customer service levels.
• Lead and develop staff, uphold safety and compliance standards.
