Job summary

Stevens Transport, Inc. seeks a Dedicated Logistics Coordinator to guide the dedicated fleet operations and support the Director of Dedicated Operations. You will maintain driver relations, dispatch, and ensure timely invoicing and data entry in the TMS.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in logistics, strong Excel/MS Office skills, and familiarity with DOT regulations. Occasional extended hours and cross-department collaboration are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel reporting functions.
• Knowledge of applicable federal/state and DOT regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs load planning, driver scheduling, and dispatch duties.
• Coordinates daily data entry into the company’s TMS platform.
• Communicates service issues to internal and external stakeholders.
• Generates weekly KPI reports and ad-hoc data as needed.
• Assists with driver payroll and expense reports.
