Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics/transportation.
• Experience with dispatch, planning, and scheduling is preferred.
• Familiarity with DOT/federal/state regulations a plus.
• Strong customer service, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry in TMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains positive relations with drivers and communicates service issues to relevant teams.
• Performs load planning, driver scheduling, and dispatch duties.
• Enters data into the company’s TMS and coordinates with invoicing for weekly customer invoices.
• Generates weekly KPI and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinates daily scheduling of truck and trailer maintenance and supports safety initiatives.
• Assists Director of Dedicated Operations with safety policies and labor compliance.
• Supports payroll processes and reviews driver expense reports.
• Produces regular and ad-hoc reports (P&L, load counts) as needed.
