Carlex Glass America, LLC is seeking an MP&L (Material, Planning, and Logistics) Manager to lead manufacturing planning, inventory control, and logistics at the Nashville facility. You will drive demand forecasting, production scheduling, and supplier coordination to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Cross-functional team collaboration and leadership experience.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support CI with demand and inventory data and develop pull replenishment systems.
• Monitor effectiveness after implementation and adjust as needed.
• Manage customer portals, scorecards and launch readiness reviews.
• Coordinate with plant buyers and SCM managers to reduce lead times and improve inventory accuracy.
