Job summary

H Mart in Carlstadt, New Jersey is seeking a strategic and hands-on Logistics Transportation Specialist to lead multi-region logistics operations, regulatory compliance, and carrier strategy. You will oversee fleet maintenance, DOT adherence, and cost-efficient delivery networks.

Responsibilities include managing ELD systems, driving process improvements, overseeing P&L for transportation, and mentoring Specialist I and II staff to ensure seamless execution across all logistics functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
3–5 years of transportation/logistics experience.
Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead DOT compliance programs and fleet regulatory adherence.
Oversee multi-region fleet management including inspections, registrations, and maintenance schedules.
Develop and enforce driver safety training programs and compliance protocols.
Manage ELD systems, pallet jacks, and fleet-related equipment procurement.
Define standards and KPIs for regional delivery performance and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with regional teams and third-party carriers to resolve delivery challenges.
Lead P&L analysis and present transportation performance insights to leadership.
