The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with 5+ years in transportation or logistics and a bilingual preference (Korean and English).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Bilingual preferred (Korean and English).

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation operations and daily shipment schedules.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers to optimize freight spend.
• Analyze transportation costs and track budget performance; generate insights.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics specialists and coordinators; foster continuous improvement.
