Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage transportation strategies to ensure cost-effective and efficient freight movement.
• Oversee daily shipment schedules, carrier performance, and compliance with company policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
• Resolve escalated transportation issues, including delays, damages, and claims.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers to optimize freight spend.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers, ensuring SLAs are met.
