Job summary

Dynamic Connections Inc. is expanding in Ohio and seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager with an existing logistics client book. Grow revenue by closing new deals, expanding relationships, and collaborating with operations and finance to structure win-win contracts.

You will represent our brand with prospective clients in Cincinnati, Columbus, and surrounding markets, while leveraging our desk-supported office to accelerate growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bringing an existing book of business or roster of client relationships within logistics.
• Deeply networked within one of our target markets: Ohio (Cincinnati/Columbus/Cleveland).
• Comfortable working across multiple industries, commodities, and transportation types.
• Results-driven with a track record of closing and growing business.

• Strong communicator and relationship-builder who thrives with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your existing book of business and industry relationships to drive new revenue for SAFE Powered by Dynamic Connections
• Identify, prospect, and close new logistics opportunities across multiple industries, commodities, and transportation types
• Build and manage a growing pipeline of customer relationships, from first conversation to signed business and beyond
• Partner closely with our operations and finance teams to structure deals that work for your customers and set you up for long-term success
• Represent SAFE Transportation Powered By Dynamic Connections in the market in a way that reflects our values and builds trust with new and existing clients
• Own your book: track performance, manage forecasting, and continuously look for ways to grow existing accounts
