Job summary

ODW Logistics in Ohio is seeking an Account Manager to oversee customer accounts and be the primary contact for client needs. You will deliver exceptional service, maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients, and drive growth with each engagement.

Responsibilities include managing small to mid-sized accounts, providing pricing across transport modes, and developing deep knowledge of ODW's service offerings to support QBRs and client presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience.
• 1+ year of account management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to mid-sized customer accounts.
• Prepare and present monthly budget reports and communicate with team leader on sales, profit, orders, and changes in customer communication.
• Provide pricing to customers for all modes of transportation.
• Develop an extensive knowledge of all ODW Transportation Management service offerings.
• Offer solutions for support needs in QBR process and other customer presentations.
• Oversee any after-hours customer issues or urgent requests, both internal and external.
• Create and maintain customer profiles for each managed account.
• Assist with customer onboarding.
• Identify potential risk and develop mitigation strategies in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement safeguards to protect company assets and improve profitability.
