Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics and transportation industry

Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop new business to expand client base.
• Cultivate relationships with existing customers to maximize account potential.
• Create and drive a business plan strategy that meets sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of services, internal resources, strategies, and customer requirements.
• Present full range of services to customers to build comprehensive logistics solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and analyze trends to develop solutions.
• Prepare quotes to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
• Coordinate with Capacity Procurement to ensure loads are serviced as expected.
• Communicate with Capacity team and carriers about issues impacting shippers and customers.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with existing customers.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to strengthen relationships and upsell services.
